Who is Mr. Tummy?

Mr. Tummy is my alter ego. I used to make some vlogs for fun and I called myself Mr. Tummy. I think one of my friends once called me that. I can’t remember anymore how long I have been using that name.

Why this website?

There are a few reasons why I decided to make this website.

1. It is a nice way to sort my photos and show them.

2. I do not like Instagram and its filters. Furthermore, if I were to be able to earn some money out of this, I do not want Instagram to take a part. I am also trying to cut back on social media.

3. Maybe I can make some money out of it in the future.

   Maybe by doing this I can make a little shop. I am not sure if my pictures are sell-worthy, but I like them a lot.

4. Sharing starting a new hobby is also fun.

5. I feel like starting this hobby has taught me a lot and I think this is interesting to show. I think I have got some interesting stories to tell.

6. I have been struggling with mental health for a few years now and I think this hobby has done me good. There are a few reasons for that, and I want to show that to people, hoping this helps them as well.

Why have you started selling pictures?

I have started to sell some of my pictures by mail(physical). The birding project(Website, photography, blog) is fun and the costs besides my effort is quite low. That said, the website, lightroom and public transport are costs which are consistent and slowly build up. So it would be nice to balance these costs with some donations. In addition, I would like this project to slowly grow and I think that spreading my pictures physically is a nice easy form of publicity. Moreover, people just like to have some of my pictures or like to donate to help me a bit.
